Freeze drying is a drying process which preserves the taste, color, texture and healthy components. Freeze dried berries have a natural and a long shelf-life. No additives, sugars, preservatives or flavor or color additives have been used - our product is 100% berry!
You can use the berries in smoothies, porridge, yoghurt, baking, decoration in desserts or just enjoy them has a healthy and easy snack. They can be used as a powder or whole, you can even add some water and the berries will restore their shape. Multiple amounts of fresh berry has been used to produce 15g of freeze dried berry.
