Seller of e-commerce products Poikain Parhaat Oy Ltd (Business ID: 2791153-3). The products are sold to individuals in Finland through the online shop. Prices include VAT (14% or 24%). We reserve the right to change the prices, including delivery charges, at any time. Prices and delivery costs are displayed in the online shop. Please read the terms and conditions before ordering from the online shop.

These delivery terms are valid from 1st of December 2020.

Orders

Products are ordered from the online shop by moving the items into the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart through the payment channels provided by the online shop.

All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information obtained from the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or the clarification of any ambiguities that arise in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online shop, you are required to read and accept the delivery terms in force applicable at the time. By clicking “buy” you are accepting the terms and conditions of Poikain Parhaat online shop.

Prices

The online shop sells products to private individuals. The valid price is stated in our online shop. Prices are listed in Euros. Product prices include VAT (14% or 24%). We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Payment

You can pay for your order with the payment methods available in the shopping cart. Checkout Finland Oy (Business ID: 2196606-6) cooperates with Finnish banks and credit institutions as the payment service provider and payment service provider. Checkout offers a variety of payment methods alongside traditional debit and credit cards. Checkout Finland Oy appears as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant.

Checkout is a secure method of payment. Checkout Finland Oy has a payment institution license. Order and payment confirmation

We aim to process all orders within 72 hours of receiving the order. We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail, which will show you the products you have ordered, the prices of the products and the total amount of the invoice. The payment service provider will send a separate confirmation of the payment transaction. Always check the contents of the order confirmation and save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always keep your possible customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package you receive match the products on the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately.

Delivery methods and costs

For the time being, products sold in the online shop are only delivered to Finland.

All orders are shipped by mail or package service to the pick-up point chosen by the customer. Package storage time at the pick-up point is seven (7) days.

Shipping costs include shipping and packaging costs. Delivery costs depend on the delivery method chosen by the customer and are automatically added to the total amount of the order. The online store automatically informs which delivery methods are possible with the selected shopping cart content. In the shopping cart, we present an estimate of future delivery costs according to the primary delivery method in use. You can see the exact delivery costs after selecting the desired payment and delivery methods for the order. The delivery methods used depend on the contents and total weight of the Shopping Cart. From the delivery methods available at the checkout, you can choose the option that suits you best, in which case the exact delivery cost is presented.

Delivery to a pick-up point: Delivery costs will not be charged if the value of the order is more than 60€.
Home delivery: Delivery costs are 4,90€ if the value of the order is more than 60€.

Shipping costs are defined by the selected delivery method, country, possible extra services, shipment weight and size. The shipping costs can be seen in the check-out functionality before confirming the order.

Delivery time

Delivery times in Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. Orders are being shipped during workdays, usually within 2-5 work days from the order. We will inform our customers by email or phone as soon as possible if the delivery time is notably longer than originally estimated. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect inconvenience caused by delays. We will inform you of different delivery times.

Please inform us without a delay – at least within 14 days – in case a product has been lost or damaged in shipping. The logistics company must be also informed regarding any products damaged in shipping.

Return and cancellation policy

The customer has a right to change or return ordered products during 14 days of receiving the order. If you wish to change or return products, please contact our customer service first for the instructions by email or by the return form. The right of return only applies to unopened, unused and salable products in their original packaging. The right of return does not apply to gift cards, food and hygiene products. Poikain Parhaat will return 100% of the purchase excluding shipping cost.

The online shop is liable for defects in the sold products according to the applicable law. Please contact the customer support of the online shop immediately by email ([email protected]) in a case of product reclamation.

The customer has the right to cancel an order before the order is dispatched. The cancellation must be done in writing by an e-mail to the customer support of the online shop or by telephone to the customer service as soon as possible. We will return the payment without cost with the same method the payment was originally made.

Unredeemed packages

Please fill in your contact details (mobile phone number, address) accurately when ordering. If the ordered package is not redeemed from the pick-up point and is returned to the supplier, the transaction will lapse. Non-redemption is not the same thing as a refund or cancellation. For non-redeemed packages for which no separate cancellation notice has been made, we charge delivery costs and handling costs of 15€. The rest will be returned to the customer.

Complaints and problem situations

Carefully check the contents of the received order, the condition of the products and the number of items received as soon as the order is received. If you have received the wrong product, wrong number of products or the product has a defect, please contact our customer service immediately by e-mail [email protected] or by phone, weekdays 8am-4pm +358 50 4309 611.

Defective products must be returned in accordance with our customer return instructions. Upon receipt of a returned product, we will either exchange it for a new product or refund the price of the product.

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the defect to our customer service by e-mail or telephone within 14 days. If the package is clearly damaged during transport, you must immediately make a complaint to the transport company.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

The Finnish Law is applied to Poikain Parhaat online shop and the distance selling agreement used. The consumer has a right to file a dispute or disagreement in the Consumer Disputes Board in a case of dispute between the online shop and the consumer. If the dispute or disagreement ends in court, the dispute will be heard in the Tampere District Court.
